What types of tasks can I delegate?

Can you match my tone or templates?
Yes. We adapt to your firm’s voice, templates, and formatting preferences. Consistency is part of the service.
Will I work with the same person each time?
You'll have a dedicated point of contact for consistency and coordination. Other team members may complete the work based on experience and availability, but always under the direction of your assigned lead paralegal.
Do you provide support for court-specific preferences?
Yes. We're familiar with Florida’s local filing requirements and judicial preferences—and if you're using county-specific forms or procedures, we’ll follow your lead.
🕒 Turnaround & Communication
What’s your typical turnaround time?
Most tasks are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on complexity. Rush requests can often be accommodated—just let us know.
How do I assign tasks?
You can email us, share via cloud storage (Dropbox, Drive, OneDrive), or use your case management system (Clio, MyCase, etc.). We confirm everything and follow up proactively.
How will I know what’s being worked on?
We provide updates by email, task tracker, or check-ins—whichever method fits your firm best.
📦 Plans & Billing
What’s included in each plan?
Each plan includes a set number of hours per month. These can be used flexibly across cases and practice areas. See our Plans Page for full details.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, hours expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise agreed. We recommend sending us smaller tasks throughout the month to stay ahead.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time—we’ll even help you determine which one fits best.
Is there a refund or cancellation policy?
Per our Terms of Use, services are nonrefundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
🔐 Compliance & Confidentiality
Are your services compliant with the Florida Bar?
Yes. All paralegal services are provided under Rule 4-5.3 of the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct. We work only under the supervision of a licensed Florida attorney.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We’re bound by NDA and confidentiality agreements. We use secure systems and never store your files unless you’ve asked us to.

Do you work within our software?
Yes—we’ve used Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, Smokeball, Trello, Dropbox, Google Workspace, and more. If you have a system, we’ll use it. If not, we’ll suggest one.
Can you help us organize systems or templates?
Yes! We assist with intake forms, task trackers, file structure, naming conventions, checklists, and more.
